I started partnering with Pam in April-2012. In May she assisted me in finding a home (a shortsale listing in Clermont, FL). I was a first home buyer and new nothing about the process. I started the path of buying a house in late December of 2011. There were a few bumps in the road in finding one (missed opportunities, lost bid, issues with agents, etc.). However, Pam was able to find a home for me and most importantly assist me through a process I was very unfamiliar with. As you may know short sale listings can come with delays or issues in the bureaucracy. There were many bumps in the road with this listing. We started the contract in May-2012 and were not given the green light to close until late September-2012 and with an aggressive closing deadline. Pam assisted me through this entire time, was able to resolve all challenges, and guide me through the difficulties of this process. On October 4th with Pam's assistance I closed on my first home.

Dear Mr. Hubbard,
Enclosed please find a commission check for Pam Eddy for the recent lease transaction she closed for me.
I would just like to make sure that you are aware of what a gem you have on hand with Pam Eddy as an associate in your office!
This is my 2nd transaction with Pam, and both times not only did she do her job, but Pam performed to the highest degree by going \u201Cabove and beyond\u201D to make sure that I didn’t have to worry about anything. And as you can imagine, since I live across the country in California, not having to worry about anything means I can sleep at night knowing my property is being taken care of the same way I would.
Both transactions were just rental home leases, but Pam handled them as if she was making a million dollar home commission. As long as Pam is in the business and I need someone to handle my property in the Orlando area (lease or sale) – Pam is my gal!
