I used coldwellbanker in the past and they did a good job so I figured I'd do it again with Shirley and Tom, I was not disappointed. They did a great job. Worked hard to get it sold and got the house sold over the weekend. Then continued to work hard to complete the process. Seemed to me we were more important than just simply a commission. If you need to buy or sell real estate, call Shirley.

Cannot say enough good things about Shirley and Tom. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best I give them a 20. They were always responsive, great knowledge and as helpful as the could be. Would recommend to anyone.

Our experience with Shirley is phenomenal! I have never worked with anyone like her, she's beyond wonderful and we were ecstatic to find what my husband and I call a "jackpot" realtor. She has a great and caring personality, she listens very well to her clients interests and wishlist, actively engaged from start to finish, she goes above and beyond to deliver her promise. With advanced notice, she devoted her 2 days showing houses to us while we were in the area. Incredibly, she was able to book same day appointments on 15-20 houses within those 2 days without any "if's" or "but's"...she just made it happen. Shirley is truly passionate in what she does. Even through our closing transaction, she regularly checks in with us when other realtors would have already dropped off. If there is a rating beyond 5 stars, we would vouch for an "all star" rating for her.

Shirley and her team where great to work with. Shirley was able to show us several properties in the area. When we found one, the selling process was smooth and the team kept in contact with us at each step of the process. Loved that the reality company had the option for us to use one of their moving truck! If you want a reliable, knowledgeable and professional realtor I highly recommend Shirley and her team!

Super helpful in the search for a home. Attentiveness was awesome! Any and every available property that I wanted to see was scheduled and made possible. No stone was left unturned in the search. Shirley was with us thru every step of the buying process . If I ever have to look for another property in Clermont or Florida for that matter, I would go to Shirley first for any advice or help.

I met Shirley and her husband Tom when we were in search for a new home. Right away Shirley made us feel like she was a friend and someone we trusted that had “our” best interest going into this process. On a daily basis we would get email updates and phone calls letting us know that a home that met our criteria had just came available. It was always a great experience going to look at properties with Shirley. You could tell she did her homework on every property before she met with us. She was so personable that we felt like she was our friend which made us want to buy a home from her. By the time we picked a home I knew she would make it the easiest process possible and it was thanks to her professionalism. That was in 2010 and 7 years later we have made a friend for life. Friendly, professional, caring, what more can you ask for in a realtor.
