Renee has been simply great! For over 18 months Renee has gone above and beyond with everything we asked her to do. Initially she helped us rent a house and gave me lots of good advice I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. Our time in the rental is now over and everything went smoothly thanks in large part to Renee.
Then we started the process of either buying or building a home. We opted to build a home and yet again Renee repeatedly came up with insight and advice (from her experience) that really helped us because we would have been clueless about certain transaction or build issues. She saved us from making multiple mistakes along the way and we owe her a lot of thanks because we had a great build all along the way.
Renee time and time again showed up for appointments and meetings with the builder that she didn’t even need to be at. She just genuinely enjoys the industry she’s in and just be being there she made us feel more comfortable and relaxed. I can’t thank Renee and her great team (Thanks Alicia!) enough, we would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction you need. She will make you and your family very happy that you chose her. Thanks Renee!!!

Renee was truly awesome to work with. We may have looked at over 20 homes and although at some points I may have felt discouraged, Renee stayed positive, ensuring, and confident. Her advise definitely steered me away from bad investments and ultimately led me to finding the home I really wanted and making the right decisions. I went into the process knowing very little about owning a home and what to look for but she taught me along the way. I definitely ended the whole process a confident homeowner thanks to Renee and would recommend to anyone I know buying a home. If you are looking for a great Realtor who is personable, honest, responsive, and has an in depth knowledge of the market, do not look any further than Renee Goergen. From day one, she was fully invested in helping us find the home that best fits the needs, and wants, of our family. Renee takes the time to truly learn her clients' needs/wants, and she will always give you her honest opinion on homes, or regarding any questions you may have. In addition to these things, she is so easy to work with which makes other agents want to do business with her. Renee handles every situation, and interaction, with extreme professionalism. We went to see in excess of 20 homes with Renee as we were in a position that allowed us to be patient while searching for our dream home. She was always more than willing to meet up with us to look at more homes as we weren't prepared to settle for anything less than what we needed/wanted. After seeing a lot of homes, and being patient through the process, we found a home that is above and beyond what we were looking for. With Renee's help, we jumped at the opportunity to put in an offer and the rest is history. We just closed on a dream home for our family and it would not have been possible without Renee. I wish I could give Renee 6 stars on this review but Zillow won't let me! In all seriousness, if you need a realtor for ANY reason, PLEASE call Renee as you will not be disappointed!

Renee is a wonderful realtor to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the area and was very flexible when I requested a showing. Because of my crazy schedule she even went to showings without me using FaceTime so I could see every aspect of the homes. She gave genuinely honest feedback and I really appreciated her advice. I felt that she was truly invested in finding me the perfect home.
Renee is very quick to respond to my emails and texts and directed me to the best resources. She is a very experienced realtor and helpful with all aspects of the home buying process.
From the beginning to the final sale Renee was there every step of the way. I highly recommend Renee and her team if you are looking for a new home.

Renee really helped us find the perfect home for us. She was prompt and present for all of our major appointments including the home inspection. She was very prompt on contacting the selling agent when we made our offer to buy our home even though it was late in the day on Saturday. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a home!
